PrimeCore offers digital creative services, including but not limited to:

• Other related creative services as agreed with the client
All services are delivered online. Physical shop visits are not required.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to contract with PrimeCore. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

3. Payments
• Payments must be made according to the terms indicated in your invoice, quotation, or service agreement.
• All payments shall be made in Philippine Pesos (PHP), unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Work will not be released until full payment or agreed-upon deposit is received.
• Payments are processed through secure third-party providers; PrimeCore does not store payment card details.

4. Revisions & Delivery
• PrimeCore offers unlimited revisions within the scope of the original project brief.
• Requests outside the agreed scope (e.g., additional features, new branding concepts) may be subject to additional fees.
• Turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on client responsiveness and project complexity.
• Final deliverables are provided digitally via email or secure file-sharing links.

5. Intellectual Property
• Upon full payment, ownership of the final approved deliverables (e.g., website, logo, posts, reels) transfers to the client.
• PrimeCore retains ownership of drafts, unused concepts, and proprietary design methods.
• PrimeCore reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless the client specifically requests otherwise in writing.

6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our deliverables or services:
• For unlawful, defamatory, or fraudulent purposes.
• In a way that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
• To distribute malware, spam, or harmful content.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law:
• PrimeCore provides its services on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
• We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g., increased sales, social media growth).
• PrimeCore is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
• Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

8. Termination
• Either party may terminate a project with written notice if the other party materially breaches these Terms.
• PrimeCore reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if payments are not received, or if a client engages in abusive or unlawful conduct.
• Fees paid prior to termination are non-refundable unless otherwise required by Philippine law.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• In case of disputes, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through negotiation.
• If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the proper courts of Makati City, Philippines, to the exclusion of all other venues.

• We are not responsible for changes in algorithms, policies, or technical issues of third-party platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or web hosting providers) that may affect the performance of your website, social media content, or reels.
• Any timelines provided are good-faith estimates and may vary based on factors beyond our control, including client responsiveness and external dependencies.
